KARUSI: Establishment of VSLA Agateka
During the year, 44 VSLA (villages saving and loans association) Agateka were set up thanks to 44 CSAs who had been trained to raise awareness in the community 656 packs of pads were sold, of which 643 in VSLAs (villages saving and loans association) and 13 sold to individuals. 11 CHWs received incentive bonuses for their part in setting up the VSLA Agateka. During this year, SaCoDé also trained 2 assistants who were in charge of implementing SaCoDé activities in the Gihogazi commune.
